Are there any hidden fees?

No. You pay $249/month plus payment processing (2.9% + $0.30 if you use Stripe, or your own processor's rate if you bring one). No per-order fees, no setup charges, no overage, no add-on modules. WiFi vouchers, mapped delivery, AI digest, Meraki provisioning — all included.

I run multiple storefronts — pool bar, camp store, snack shack. Do I pay per location?

No. One subscription covers unlimited storefronts under your property. Each gets its own menu, hours, and QR codes, all managed from one dashboard. A campground running a pool bar, a general store, and a food window pays the same $249 as one with a single snack shack.

Can I use my own payment processor?

Yes. Stripe is the easiest path — fully integrated, no setup friction. But if you already have a processor relationship you want to keep, bring it. Ordd.io charges no additional fee for using your own processor; you just pay your processor's rates and the $249/month flat fee.

What's included in the 7-day free trial?

Everything. Full access to every feature — QR ordering, site tabs, mapped delivery, WiFi vouchers, staff POS, AI digest, reporting. We do the white-glove setup during your trial (menu built in ~24 hours) so you can test with real guests at real sites, not a staging environment. No credit card required to start.

How do I cancel?

From your dashboard, anytime. No cancellation fee. No penalty. You'll have access through the end of your current billing period. We're month-to-month because we want to earn your business every month, not lock you in.

Can I pause my subscription in the off-season?

We're building seasonal pause for outdoor operators who close May–September (or October–April in warmer climates). The goal: you only pay when your venue is open. This feature is in progress — reach out and we'll put you on the early-access list.
